Experienced Electrician
Denver Electrical is seeking an experienced electrician to join our expanding electrical contractor business covering East London and surrounding areas for works predominantly in Commercial, Corporate and Educational buildings.
Applicant is to have the following experience and qualifications and as a minimum applicant must have 18th Edition Inspection and Testing Certification.

Fault finding in commercial environments

Able to provide solutions to problems

Maintain and install all wiring systems

Have good installation skills and navigate BS7671
-
Design
-
Emergency lighting
-
Access control
-
CCTV
-
Fire Alarm
-
Gate Automation
Training will be provided where required.
This position is client facing requiring good communication skills. Applicant must be reliable, proactive, able to communicate over email, have tools, drivers licence, punctual and open to overtime.
Hours are based on 42.5 hours a week with flexible times. Rates will be discussed individually with applicant based on experience.

Project Coordinator / Scheduler
Denver Electrical is looking to hire a Project Coordinator / Scheduler. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day resource and administration support to our Electricians and act as the first point of contact for the client.
Previous experience in a scheduling role is required.
Responsibilities:

To carry out the allocation and scheduling of works to ensure maximum efficiency from all electricians

Anticipate resource requirements through regular communication with the electricians and management team and interpret those requirements into the scheduling of works

Develop of effective relationships with the client, our electricians, and property & building management staff

To liaise with the client on any issues or queries at the scheduling stage

To liaise with the site staff to confirm appointments and gain access for jobs
-
Collating and uploading all completed works documentation into job management softwares
-
Monthly invoicing to the client
-
Create the Out of Hours rota weekly

Ensure all KPIs are met and adhered to. Weekly reporting of KPI’s to the management team.

Identify any potential areas of concern and communicate with the Director to ensure any issues regarding staffing and job allocation are addressed and resolved.

Previous experience of managing employees’ diaries within a busy inbound call centre/service delivery environment is essential
